What Affects the Price

Every fence is priced on its own measurements, so we don't publish one-size-fits-all prices. These are the things that move the number up or down:

We give free written estimates after seeing your property. Read our fence cost guide for more, or ask about financing.

How It Works

  1. Free on-site estimateWe walk the property with you, measure, talk through materials and styles, and give you a written quote at no charge.
  2. Permits & property linesWe can pull the permit with your municipality for you (or you can pull it yourself), check HOA rules if you have them, and work from your survey so posts go on the right side of the line.
  3. Utility markingPennsylvania law requires a PA One Call (811) request before digging. We handle it, so underground lines are marked before we set a post.
  4. InstallationOld fence removal before install, if you're replacing one. Then posts set to the right depth for Pennsylvania frost, sections set level or stepped to your grade, and gates hung and adjusted.
  5. Walkthrough & cleanupWe walk the finished fence with you, clean up the site, and give you your warranty and care information.

Every install is backed by our 2-year workmanship warranty, with materials covered by the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Warranty details.

Chainlink Fence FAQ

Black or green coating looks more finished and blends into the yard. Many homeowners think it's worth it for fences that are visible from the house or street.
Can chainlink keep my dog in?
Chainlink is one of the most common pet fences. Height and gate placement matter most. Tell us about your dog at the estimate and we'll suggest a height.
Can you add privacy to chainlink?
Yes. Privacy slats can be added for partial screening.
Do you install commercial chainlink?
Yes. We install chainlink for commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties as well as homes.
How much does chainlink cost?
It depends on footage, height, finish, and gates. We give free written estimates. See our cost guide.
